While hard-hitting for precedent studies we did not neediness to focus just on how gear up forwarding the architecture was still also, how the edifices approached there designs in ladder and localisation of function. So, for this project my partner and I researched lead community libraries and three community health centers that scoop up related to our design ideas for our future building designs. To begin, we researched three community libraries and health clinics. The first base co mmunity library used for a precedent remove was Reedsburg humanity library set in Reedsburg, Wisconsin designed by SDS architects. Located in the civic mall in downtown Reedsburg the building is 15,000 square feet and serves a preponderantly residential area.

Reedsburg librarys location is similar to our potential ranges location because our site is also located between an outdoor shopping break up and a residential community. SDS architects requiremented this library to a produce an institutional example so the materials used on this building resembled that. In our sight what was a smart idea because it m ake the library dissent out from its surrou! ndings in the center of homes and plaza shops. Bricks, limestone, and beautify were used for the exterior and to have an inviting appeal they used woody framed windows and a pitched hood that related to the residential surroundings.
